Curtis Creek Land Company was founded in 1996 to serve as the holding company for the Curtis Creek Transfer Station one of two solid waste transfer stations in Anne Arundel County, MD. The facility historically served as a shipping terminal for various international products destined for the Baltimore region dating back to the 1920’s. This includes an out of service rail pier for loading/offloading and an out of service industrial pier for offloading barges and small vessels. The waterfront has opportunity to revitalize the historic shipping piers.
